From 7 January 2026, only cashless payments will be accepted.

We are delighted to announce an exciting new development: from 7 January 2026, only cashless payments will be accepted at the Parkhotel Crombach in Rosenheim. For you as guests, this means simpler and faster payment processing. Payments can still be made with all major cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and EC cards, as well as by mobile phone, digital watch, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Why this change? Cashless payments offer numerous advantages that benefit not only us as a hotel, but also you as our valued guests.

Environmentally friendly: Less paper means greater sustainability and better transparency in our accounting.

Greater security: Less cash on site means greater security for our guests and our employees. By eliminating cash, the risks of theft and loss are minimised and secure payment processes are guaranteed.

Faster transactions: The streamlining of our work processes also has a positive effect on you as our guests, as our employees have more time to look after you.
