| 1946-1950 | The married couple Anni and Theo Crombach became tenants of the „Flötzinger Löchl“ – a restaurant of the brewery Flötzinger.

| 1967 | Anni and Theo Crombach build the Parkhotel Crombach with 54 rooms, a restaurant with a seating capacity of 250 people indoor and 180 people on the outdoor terrace.
